Pros

You will always have support/feel supported, there are great benefits and profit sharing, not a toxic work environment, your success will be a priority, you will always be heard, unless you live in a luxury apartment you will be good financially, there's always something to do (meditation, walking, etc).

Cons

There are some 'mean girls' on staff but they are easily avoidable. Really nothing else bad.

Pros

The management really do care about the staff. I've had the opportunity to meet with them in focus groups and other conversations. They do a lot to support us; reset room, wellness walks, good vacation time off, lots of training, I get to focus on a population I'm interested in, professional development too. I hear people talk bad all the time, yet they've never had a conversation with upper management. Great benefits, nice environment (some people don't know how good they have it). The work is hard and not for everyone.. it's a mental health field people, get a grip and grow a spine (again for those that like to complain). If you want easy go bad groceries.

Cons

Supervisors could use more training. Feel like they're lost some times and act like some of the staff.

Pros

Health benefits and Paid Time Off / Sick Time / Vacation Time

Cons

-100+ cubicles -Bottom line staff are college grads (they make up most of the care management department .. only great if this is your STARTER JOB into social services or you are still in school and/or still living at home -Outdated agency policies (compared to other agencies, businesses, organizations etc.) -ZERO operational systems in place - they count on an internal database that was poorly designed/built and they utilize 100 + spreadsheets for everything .. there is no proper systems of doing things .. nothing is automated .. there is no universial software or platform besides their payroll system like Paylocity -If you live in NJ expect to not be able to pay your bills with the poor salary .. if you live at home with your parents ... might be different story .. again this is a STARTER job nothing you stay at long term - Management is okay, but again outdated ideologies -Micromanagment to a T ... you're Outlook Calendar IS YOUR TIMESHEET.. every hour and every minute must be BOOKED in order to approve it for payroll ... (crazy lol!) EVEN IF YOU ARE SALARIED -Zero room for growth and/or promotions unless you have a master degree and are looking to make like 60K ... your degree is probably worth more than the salary -In office 5 days a week with a potential WFH day after 6 months in ..... -no bonuses -miserable staff which makes it a bit depressing ... a place full of people who are stuck and can't leave or are complacent and want the bare mininum in life just read all the reviews on Indeed, GlassDoor, and Google
