Pros
Challenging, supportive and a great learning experience! I have been with BP only for less than 6 months but I love my job. Not sure who the negative review came from but if they are that unhappy I hope they left already . It is hard work and of course you don't get paid alot, its social work! My last job paid less than this and it really sucked. Health insurance is really good. Supervision is supportive and I really feel like the managers care about me, the work I do and the youth on my caseload.. Everyone is friendly although I feel like there are some clicks like you see in high school with some cm's.
Cons
None really if you can keep your own work life balance but again there is on call so you don't have to take calls at night or weekends hardly ever. Also, I don't exactly know everyone yet, but mostly because some of the staff are at another building.
