A fair wage and flexible supervisors makes this job worth the stress of everyday customer satisfaction needing to be at 100%. They do a great job at retaining employees within the business even if they need a transfer from their current position.
Cons
Stressful day to day operations with it a necessity to have great customer service skills, meeting KPI requirements, and balancing financials. Need to be able to handle the rough days when they happen, which isn't often but aren't non existent.
