Pros
Management was pretty good - they were willing to work with you to help improve your sales techniques and frequently provided opportunities to do so, the ability to set your own level of achievement with goals to help you achieve more, and an overall positive working environment.
Cons
Pay scale was low for the amount of time involved - too often management gave away commissions to get unit counts (although I understand this has been changed), long hours (60+ per week), a payroll department that rarely got paychecks right on the first try, and the wild variations from month to month with pay.
