Pros
The culture at Bergstrom is amazing. The owners really care about their team and treat them with respect. They have a large number of family-friendly events for their employees, they strive to make the workplace fun, and give back to the community big time. All this plus great pay! They also own a large number of dealerships, and so there are a lot of career advancement opportunities if you work hard.
Cons
There aren't many cons that I can think of. You are expected to work hard, but you are compensated well for your efforts.
