Business Outlook
Pros
Decent, good priced benefits and a company that means well in how they transact business. Not afraid to spend money to have nice facilities and typically to keep guests happy.
Cons
Company means well with good customer service . Not always able to deliver on it in Madison. Long hours that are not good for a good work life balance in sales especially. Compensation is ok, but not exceptional for the employees they would like to retain.
