Pros
Everyone, from the detail workers, to management staff tries their best to be as helpful as possible. I have yet to ask a question that was not answered in a timely manner. The sales team reflects directly off of the managers, making a world of a difference when you have a full team of Sales Advisors that work, and think like leaders.
Cons
No cons. Every team / family has things that they need to work on. This team has been working together for quite some time. It shows not only in their conversations but in their numbers!
