Pros
In just a short period of time I can tell that everyone here at Bergstrom Automotive is dedicated to making sure our guests have the best car buying experience possible. As a new employee trying to get familiar with how things work, it has been challenging but my managers and co-workers have been very helpful in making sure I'm on track for success here and I'm looking forward to a long successful career with Bergstrom. The benefits here are outstanding as well, as is the opportunity for advancement.
Cons
A new employee has a lot to learn rather quickly in order to begin to contribute to the teams goals and it can be a little overwhelming at times but there's no shortage of fellow teammates here that are willing to help out. Its an exciting and fast paced place to work so it's not for evryone. Some workdays are long and some Saturdays are required as well.
