Pros
The company is a sound company to work for. They have fun incentives for performance. I have enjoyed most of the people I have worked for in my years here. They care a lot about the local community and donate to many charities. They took covid very seriously and helped out employees during the beginning of the pandemic.
Cons
Very low pay. The raises have NEVER kept up with the cost of living. New comers are treated much better and paid much better than long tenured employees. The higher ups play favorites. There is a lot of workplace drama. People who have affairs or steal from the company are treated like royalty and moved within the company to keep their reputation in check, rather than just being let go. There is a lot of adult bullying that never gets taken care of. Women are automatically labeled dramatic for speaking their mind against a male co worker. There is not much room for advancement in my area. You get messages from higher ups on Facebook asking you to leave positive reviews of the company (which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion)
