      If you're able to swallow being belittled all the time -ok

      Always turn over in management. Commissions are almost always "minis" They'll tell you they care about your success, but truly bring you down when it starts to show you can and think on your own two feet. Want you to kiss a@#. Benies are EXPENSIVE, pay v.s. hours suck, moral sucks and a great deal of back biting!
