Pros
Great perks (ie. Time and a half on Saturdays and they provide lunch, fun team outings, friendly and approachable management, good opportunities for growth and earning monthly bonuses. Laid back atmosphere, literally every department works as a team because of family like atmosphere. The help desk employees are amazing! They are there to help either in person or across the ether remotely almost immediately, always.
Cons
The pay is barely enough/not enough to support yourself, let alone a family unless you have been with the company for years. No raises before a year, the keep problem employees despite an exuberant amount of complaints from many/most employees, drama/personal business spreads like wildfire if anyone finds it out, computer system used for your job is horrid to say the least. Sometimes poor communication between departments, but not often. Nothing negative about the job itself.
