All their stores are way understaffed so expect to work a lot of hours without any compensation, there is no on the job training so you will be thrown to the “wolves”, you will be sent to their “word tracking” (brainwash) class and forced to use their ridiculous word phrasing, recently forced all employees to work full days on Saturdays without ANY input from employees, could care less about you or your family life, you will be forced to attend all of their “mandatory” meetings during your lunch time or on your day off without any compensation, you will be forced to contribute to charities of THEIR choice, (imagine builder for owners), be sure to never give management any suggestions as they cannot accept any criticism, you can look forward to nothing at Christmastime, no party, no bonus, no gift or even a card….Nothing! You will need to watch for the back stabbing management team as they are ruthless. If you have half of a brain when you arrive there they will destroy you for it…….Worst place I have ever worked and so happy to be out of there!!!!
