Great work environment, Great work culture, a strong feeling of being part of a team all focus on the same mission of guest satisfactions. The GM rolled out the red carpet for me during my interviewing and onboarding process. I never felt so important and appreciated in my life. The first time I ran into John Bergstrom at work he walked right up to me and told me how pleased and excited he was to have me on the team. Tim Bergstrom goes out of his way to say hi and check in with me on a personal and business level. Always asks if there is anything he can do to help me with. I love waking up and coming into work everyday with excitement to meet and greet our guests. I love working with my guests to ensure their vehicle repairs are done correctly. I strive my guest enjoys every interaction with my team and I during their visit. I enjoy making people smile.
