Working at Bergstrom Automotive began with an acquisition. It was overwhelmingly alarming at first, but the team did their best to make sure the whole crew felt welcomed and wanted. We had job security & were able to reach levels within our careers that we didn't know were possible before Bergstrom. Personally, the leadership opportunity I've been gifted has been a blessing and really allowed me to develop my leadership skills and take them to a whole new level.
