Pros
There aren't many companies that take care of their employees like Bergstrom does, We get a very generous vacation sick pay time off compensation, 401k match, bonus's, spiffs, etc. Really just a great job and I love working here. Free lunch on Saturdays, Meeting prizes for games, freedom to move around, go outside etc, doesn't get much better than this! I really do love meeting people and enjoy my job. If I didnt, I wouldnt have stayed for almost 12 years.
Cons
We do work a 10-7 shift 2 days a week. That would be the only thing I could even minimally complain about. I prefer the 830-530 shift. It's nothing out of the ordinary for this career but still is something that I would change. Nothing else that I can even think of that's worth mentioning as a con. Great Job
