Cons
While I do feel the company as a whole values collaboration and ideas, there are individual managers who are quick to reject ideas at first. It can take a lot of work to have your ideas considered, so you better care about your idea a lot. However, I've found that when you do, eventually they'll stand back for a minute to look at the problem that you're trying to solve through another lens and will work along side you to make it happen.
