Pros
The work environment is very casual in most offices, very few people wear suits/ties/business attire. Being surrounded by creative students and employees can be very exciting and there are always opportunities to get involved through various committees.
Cons
There is a lacking of systems/policies. Many offices have not changed since they began years ago and there is always a mentality of "this is the way it's been done". Middle management positions across campus are not very empowered to make decisions and senior management is very removed from the details, so often their decisions are sometimes off the mark.
