Disorganized and damaging to the mental health - Anonymous employee Berklee Employee Review

No processes or procedures for anything. People have to “wing it” with little to no resources because higher leadership has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Racism and bias are rampant and unaddressed. The DEI stuff is a joke and purely performative. It’s a mess that damages employee’s mental health, resulting in high turn over, lots of medical leave and inconsistent practices.
