Pros
They have a great new hire training program and an incredibly friendly culture. I met some of the nicest people in the industry through Berkshire and I will always respect the culture they instill within their employees.
Cons
New hire training was great but once it's over you basically feel like you're on your own. If you ask for help they would push you to another employee at a different property or even different region. Upper management was always too busy to help and either "in a meeting" or "on a conference call". The amount of conference calls upper management had was ridiculous to the point where communication at the site level was completely push to the back burner. There is a big disconnect between upper management and site level employees.
