Pros
Berkshire is very family oriented. They give reward to those that work hard, verses politics. They are constantly trying to expand and have really become more efficient than ever as time goes on.
Cons
Sometimes their expansion stretched the budgets too thin, and the property would suffer. The company needs more floaters incase of turnover. Hiring process is a little excessive. I was blessed to only have 2 interviews, hoever I was in charge of hiring at my proerty and they required 5 interviews.
