This August will mark my 13th year with Berkshire Residential. I have held a few different positions at Berkshire including Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and now Training Director. Berkshire is the first company I have worked for in Multi-family that recognizes the the importance of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. The Corporate Culture at Berkshire is extremely positive and the level of acceptance of bringing your WHOLE self to work is unlike any other company that I have worked for.
