      The people are the best part of Berkshire. There is a definate sense of community here.

      Cons

      It is a little harder to promote within the company in the Dallas area. But, with the company growing so quickly more opportunities will come.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
