      Pros

      I have had an amazing experience with Berkshire. I am truly in awe of how readily me fellow Managers jumped in to help me when I have had a special project or have been short staffed. The truest sense of Team Work is exhibited on a regular basis. My supervisor is one of the best bosses I have ever had in my 23 year career in Property Management. She is extremely understanding of what it really takes to juggle the goals and expectations with work performance as well as maintaining a good home life balance.

      Cons

      It may sound Cliché but I truly have not experienced any negatives while working for Berkshire. They are an established company with a very clear property management/development business model that works.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
