      Great Training and amazing support they have an amazing leadership conference that is done yearly where you meet all national vendors and get an opportunity to network, learn and be a part of something special.

      Cons

      Not the easiest Bonus Structure to achieve or understand.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
