      Pros

      I feel really lucky to work with such a great group of coworkers. Everyone is helpful, and friendly, and it makes coming to work each day a real pleasure. We all have different strengths and talents, but we work together really well as a team. I feel like we all genuinely care about each other and I think that's what makes our workplace such a positive and productive environment.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
