      Pros

      I absolutely love working at Berkshire. The company fosters a healthy working environment that promotes employee well-being and growth. One of the things I appreciate the most is the leadership team's transparency in their strategies and decisions, which creates a sense of trust and alignment among the employees. Moreover, the culture here is incredibly supportive and inclusive. I feel valued and respected as part of a team that truly cares about each other's success.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
