      Some of the best people I’ve worked with. Everyone treats you like you add value to the company

      Really no cons. Maybe just having to work every weekend but that’s not a con because those are the best days to make money

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
