      Great benefits and positive atmosphere! Everyone is also willing to lend a helping hand and jump in when needed. Large company but feels like family still.

      As with any adaptive company changes often occur.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
