      Pros

      The company is like any other job, nothing special. It is nice to have a discount on apartments if you live on property.

      Cons

      The compensation we receive doesn’t align with the amount of work and responsibility required for the role. There appears to be limited opportunities for growth and advancement within the current structure.

      Pros

      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Cons

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.
