You learn a lot, and many of your colleagues are very helpful and willing to teach you various things. The leadership is also supportive when it comes to helping you obtain licenses and certifications. Overall, it’s a great experience and a good place to start if you're interested in becoming a pharmacy technician.

The environment can be fast-paced and occasionally stressful, especially when interacting directly with patients. However, it offers a great opportunity to develop strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

The health insurance is good. I like my job. The hours in my position are somewhat flexible but it’s difficult to get a day off.

I understand that productivity is a priority, but their software “improvements” seem to make those goals harder to meet. There aren’t any performance raises. The poor employees get the same raises as the employees that excel. There’s no incentive to get a raise unless you want to climb the ladder to management.
