Pros
They give you a paycheck. Good health insurance.
Cons
They tout "healthy living and support" for their employees but it's all forced overtime unless they don't think it's needed then you get in trouble for clocking out 5 min late. Upper management has no friggen idea what is happening at the ground level but have A LOT to say about how things should be run and what is or isn't needed. Old equipment, jacked up computer networks that are litterally a hazard to patients because of how they run and a constant reminder that YOURE IMPORTANT.....but expendable. They hire saying they give frequent performance reviews and raises and that hasn't happened for over 3 years. Also. No raises. Just the cost of living boost at the end of the year. You'll get pulled in and stuck. They are a medical monster that will crush any hope of having a career outside of them.
