The Career Pathways Program offered by BHS is making it possible for me to go to college and obtain skills while working for BHS in the meantime. I'm very thankful for this. Everyone is helpful and there is always more to learn in this position. Healthcare is very rewarding, not only financially, but in other ways as well. It's a great feeling being able to help others.

Not enough staff, but they are working on bringing more people in, so this is being addressed.

The health insurance is good. I like my job. The hours in my position are somewhat flexible but it’s difficult to get a day off.

I understand that productivity is a priority, but their software “improvements” seem to make those goals harder to meet. There aren’t any performance raises. The poor employees get the same raises as the employees that excel. There’s no incentive to get a raise unless you want to climb the ladder to management.
