Pros
Several different offices across the US so experience may vary by location - its a large company overall but some locations have a small office feel; They managed to hire some really great people so the team environments can be very positive if you get on a team where you are a "fit"; Management "tries" to provide improvements (But often they don't get it right- because they are always up their own butts)
Cons
The fish rots from the head at this place - starting with the company's current mouthpiece - one Mr. Jeremy Fudge who has taken it upon himself to try to indoctrinate staff as if this was a cult and not a business. If you see the word "exceptional in a review about this firm - know that the review has either been written by management or by someone who drank the koolaid. There is blatant favoritism and insecurity among the Powers that Be and it creates blatant imbalance on who gets what and who gets promoted. Because management is very insecure, you have to be nonthreatening or you have to kiss butt in order to get anywhere. Management trying can be seen as a positive but often their priorities are more for show than to truly build something solid and lasting. Lately its been this need to be a "Great Place to Work" where they push a lot of propaganda but don;t really try to get to the root of and address real issues or concerns. Management does not cultivate trust because they continually offer hollow words not backed up by consistent action.
