      Pros

      Flexible schedule outside of busy season, ability to work from home, great benefits including full reimbursement for CPA exams & study materials, friendly work environment, managers & partners truly care about your growth and well-being.

      Cons

      Overbearing performance review process that takes place twice a year. There are times when I feel like compensation should be higher although I haven't compared to other firms in the area.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
