      You will learn skills that will translate into any other job imaginable. Clients generally seemed pleased with our work and will work with a lot of very smart people.

      Cons

      Heavy travel can be tough and the amount of work you have can ebb and flow quite a bit.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
