      Pros

      I was given every opportunity to learn and advance my career. In addition, I was able to work flexible hours as long as I got my work done. Finally, it was a fun and supportive work atmosphere.

      A decent amount of travel.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
