Pros
New CEO seems genuinely interested in team member happiness.
Cons
Disjointed teams and disorganized processes. Desperately need perspective and improvement on internal processes. Communication is uncoordinated. Seems like no real experts on staff. Department heads get passes for having been with the firm for a long time. There is little to no expectations of quality from internal service providers like training, HR, and IT. I have almost no idea who is who outside my immediate project teams.
