      Interesting work, mostly good colleagues

      Cons

      Way, way, way too much is expected of senior consultants and managers who are not competitively compensated for what they do, which means that really talented people leave in droves and what's left are those who can't do any better.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
