      Pros

      Unlimited PTO policy. Speaking for myself, my co-workers are easygoing and supportive. Ability to work from home is a major bonus. These perks, for me, far outweigh the con.

      Cons

      Pay is below market. In fact, last summer BerryDunn reconfigured pay bands per position to be below previously determined amounts. During times of inflation, this is astnonishing. 401K match is also very weak with BerryDunn.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
