Pros

Employee Discount Fellow Co-Workers where fun to work with The benefits where not that bad--Medical was decent but Dental need alot of improvement--cheap is not always the best solution

Cons

Not knowing schedule till a few days before the week started No chance for promotion--seemed to promote people who where willing to break rules to get the #'s they where looking for The managers had favorites and they worked with those favorites very closely The other major thing is that managment needs to remember that the customer is where they get their business from. They do not realize that they lose customers from the way they treat them, like sitting on the "bridge" and talking their time to answer a customers questions or to resolve an issue. they also need to teach the service desk people how to respect the customer--even though the customer does get upset. They need to realize that this customer just spent a lsarge amount of money related to that customer even though it may not be a large amount of money for other people.

Pros

Great General Manager, that’s about it.

Cons

All of the leadership besides the GM were unprofessional. They couldn’t help it but most were incompetent.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
