Pros
The employee discount, its a good starting retail job. You work with a lot of kids your age. The discount. Generally you can have much fun at work. Sometimes you don't do much all day long and get paid for it. You can meet some great people, and some not so great people.
Cons
If your full time, don't expect to have a set schedule, but thats retail in general. Store mrale varies greatly between stores, as many customers come to my store complaining about all the other ones. It's easier to move up if your buddy buddy with management, but that's in many jobs also.
