Pros

Employees are given a wealth of ways to advance in their career at Best Buy. Being part of a large company allows a notable level of fairness to be experienced for all. Employees are encouraged to live the 4 values of Best Buy: Learn from challence and change, Unleash the power of our people, Show honesty, humility and integrity, and Have fun while being the best. The values are visibly displayed by all staff.

Cons

Best Buy enforces a culture on all of its empolyees. Although it does help create a positive working environment it tends to be a little overpowering at times.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
