IT is largely outsourced (though it's getting better) Many business teams build their own IT independent of any processes Processes are set in place but there are no reprocussions if they are not followed Most of the company operates on Access databases or excel and are unwilling to stay up with current technologies No data governance Many leaders are disconnected from the work being performed Limited incentive for IT talent to work for Best Buy
