Pros

it was good to work for 6 years ago. the company really cared about the employee and wanted you to be successful. You get to play with electronics all day.

Cons

Customers are bad - want discounts on everything and are very fast to get mad if you cant answer one question out of the million they had and get mad if something is out of stock. managers - hide in the office all day until district comes around. will throw you under the bus in a heart beat. treat you like a commissioned sales person and pay you $10 an hour. promotions - only if you are a good looking female or you are friends with a manager. I have seen people with masters in business not even get a fulltime spot so education does not matter with this company. Also if you are over 40 forget about getting promoted. The company - changes things every week and will test you on it without giving you training. They need to make up their mind on what type of company they want to be. customer service - if you spend over $500 forget about a return even if its one day outside return policy. They will fight you until you give up. work / life - NONE

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
