Pros

Benefits are great! Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K and Tuition reimbursement. Employee Accommodation and discounts. Development is highly encouraged for those that seek it out. They provide a lot of resources. Compensation is good.

Cons

Sometimes you run into bad managers. So its a good idea to do research before taking a new position.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
