Pros

discount is main benefit but as retail gets more competive that is starting to disappear and 401k is available to everyone even part timers which is good

Cons

advancement is hard for part time. to move to full time jobs they require you to be available for more than 50 hours in a week even though you can only work 40

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
