Pros

Great team members and better paid than the entry-level at 15 hr You will learn time management ....like it or not. You will learn every single way of influencing a customer to buy junk they do not need...( $600 dollar HDMI cables) You will learn how to coerce people into signing up for a credit card with a 30% APR You will learn to scam people into buying Total Tech Membership for $200 that auto-renews and charges the customer fees when they do a claim.

Cons

Unattainable goals, expected to work off the clock to complete "paperwork" in the system that no one will use or read, underpaid for the amount of effort and workload. Goals are: $$ 35kto 40K a week minimum plus $$ An extra $ 20% (of total sold) in what they call relationship revenue ( your unique customers buying again from you, $$and 20 % extra in Influence revenue ( you give your customer to a designer and they close the sale for you ( yes ! you are expected to feed money and your customers to a different sales person so they can sell them even more ! ) All in a weekly basis! Do yourself a favor and find a real sales job.

Pros

Great salary , bonus and RSUs

Cons

Management still thinks of products as projects and doesn't fund appropriately. Some areas are ahead in tech, some areas aren't. Too many ex-Accenture VPs and up. Hard to promote junior employees, yet VPs/ SVPs promoted frequently. DO BOTH. Weird communication across pyramids.
