Best Buy Metals has done a great job of creating a really unique company culture that fosters teamwork and success. Employees are treated like team members and not pawns, the pay is fair and the opportunities for advancement are great.

Friendly Staff and Easy Scheduling. A good work-life balance.

Cons

Very poor pay, no direct path to move up, no incentive to work hard. A large number of employees have very little drive due to a lack of incentives. Quality is low because there is no sense of ownership in the manufacturing department.
