-Members of upper-management dress, speak and act as if they are politicians.
-Trucks and Trailers follow absolutely no routine service schedule if at all serviced.
-Hourly pay is low for commercial drivers considering the inconsistent work load and frustration you will meet due to production and operational strategy short falls.
-Absolutely no reward system for the person that consistently goes the extra mile.
-They preach having excellent company culture but a few table-talks with co-workers and you soon learn that no-one working there is happy.
-Owner insists on collecting junk and allowing it to consume valuable working space on the property.
-Property is an absolute nightmare during daily operations, sometimes I would return and not even be able to park my equipment due to customers and product spread all across the yard.
-Giant sink hole opening up under an abandoned fork lift on the rear of the property, less than 5' from a several hundred gallon gas and diesel tank that is being ignored though a serious matter.
-For lack of better words, it sucked to work here.
