Best Buy Metals is a family oriented business and willing to give people a chance. We work Monday-Friday no nights or weekends. We are just one big family.

I have no downsides but it is making me type here.

Pros

Friendly Staff and Easy Scheduling. A good work-life balance.

Cons

Very poor pay, no direct path to move up, no incentive to work hard. A large number of employees have very little drive due to a lack of incentives. Quality is low because there is no sense of ownership in the manufacturing department.
